The patented docking adapter for ALLDOCK
The Click-Adapter was specially developed for ALLDOCK charging stations. It solves two problems: the cable search and the complicated connection of the charging cable to the device.
The adapter fixes the supplied ALLDOCK USB-C to Lightning charging cable to the lid of the ALLDOCK charging station. The smartphone or tablet can be easily docked to the ALLDOCK with one hand. The corresponding ALLDOCK Lightning charging cable is Mfi-certified and charges all compatible devices quickly and safely.
Using the Click-Adapter
The side with the lever of the Click-Adapter only needs to be pressed into the rounded corner, the holes provided for this purpose on the alldock lid. The grooved side must be pressed against the cut-out so that the lever gives way. Then the other side can be pressed in with ease. The adapter should now be firmly anchored in the top.
The rubber inlays are designed to adjust the height of the connectors to the respective mobile phone protective cover. The thicker the protective cover, the larger inlays must be used. The inlays are placed just below the cable head.

Use of own cables
It is not possible to use the Click-Adapter with your own cables. The cable thickness and quality as well as the cable head would have to be exactly the same as the original Alldock charging cable. High-quality cables are available here in the online store.
Use of thick protective covers
Even with thicker protective sleeves you can easily recharge in our stylish charging station. The last docking rail is especially recommended for this purpose, it is more depth (1.8 cm) and also offers your protected equipment the classic ALLDOCK comfort. Especially thick professional protective covers or thick leather covers may not fit. These should first be compared with the dimensions of the Alldock.
Important for Apple users
With iOS 13 there comes the new function "Optimized Battery Charging", which is designed to protect your battery from abrasion and to extend its life. Your device remembers how it's usually charged, which means that in certain situations your iPhone delays charging more than 80%. This feature is enabled by default when you update iOS. This means that if your Apple devices are not fully charged, it is not a system failure of the ALLDOCK. The USB stations charge reliably, but do not bypass any system settings of your Smartphone.
